Imphal Times’ resident editor, Jeet Akoijam won gold medals in three individual events in the 5th AMWJU Sports Meet, 2015 held recently during Yaoshang festival.
Prizes of the event were distributed today at Manipur Press Club, Imphal during a simple function. Presidnet of AMWJU, Wangkhemcha Shyamjai, Minister of Social & Welfare, Ak Mirabai, PRO Defence Wing, Ajay Kumar Sharma, Khumukcham Joykishan, MLA and PRO IGAR South attended the prize distribution as dignitaries.
