Imphal, July 9: The State working committee, IMA Manipur State Branch strongly condemns the attack and siege at the RIMS administrative block on 7th and 8th July 2016. A press release signed by Dr Sachindra Laishram, Honorary State secretary states that such repeated attacks will seriously hamper the working and discharge of duties of the doctors and ultimately affect the proper functioning of the premier medical institute of the state. The committee further appealed to all concerned not to disturb the peaceful atmosphere and maintain the sanctity of Hospitals/ Medical Institutions in future.
