A road opening party of 6 Assam Rifles recovered an IED weigh around 2 Kg from the road side of Moirang – Kumbi road near Mukta High school in Bishnupur district under Kumbi Police station at around 6.30 pm yesterday. The IED was retrieved by the AR trooper and safely detonated at around 7.30 am today morning.
