ICHAM denounces border survey

ICHAM President N Rajendra today condemn the Survey General of India for conducting survey at the controversial Indo-Myanmar Border without giving prior information to the government of India on December 20, 2015. In a press conference held today at Manipur Press Club, Rajendra said that after the controversial border fencing has been put to the notice of the people of Manipur an all party delegates of the state had inspected the site and had had agreed to put hold to any survey work since 2013 until the matter has been settled. He drew the attention of the government to intervene the matter as it has the tendency to spark another mass protest.
