IBSD organises interactive seminar on Vigilance Awareness week 2021

To commemorate the 75 years of Independence as a part of the occasion of Jan- Bhagidari, the Institute of Bioresources and Sustainable Development (IBSD), under the Department of Biotechnology, Govt of India Imphal organised an interactive seminar on the Vigilance Awareness Week 2021 on hybrid mode on the theme “Independent India @75: Self Reliance with Integrity” on 28th Oct. 2021 at IBSD, Takyelpat, Imphal to inculcate general awareness among the public which aims to fight corruption and ensure integrity in public life to lead in a new era of a self-reliant India.
On this occasion, Prof. Pulok K Mukherjee, Director, IBSD delivered the welcome address, and Wormila Jasmine Keishing, Deputy Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission, Govt. of India delivered a lecture related to Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers at IBSD, Imphal to give awareness to fight against corruption and raise awareness on the existence. There were question and answer round between the audience and the expert. IBSD thank Wormila Jasmine Keishing, Deputy Secretary, Central Vigilance Commission, Govt. of India for her presence at IBSD during the interactive seminar.
