Staffs of Indian Postal Service, Head Office Imphal today come across huge consignment of illegal drugs (N-10 & SP Tablet) sent as parcels at Imphal from Delhi and Kolkatta. The Post Office staffs then reported the matter to Imphal West Police and the police team conducted an investigation. The consignment were sent in 10 package addressto various name including N. Rajen Singh, C/O PP Store Keishampat Junction, Sandeep Kumar Thangal Bazar, PH Somorjit Singh, C/o Rajani Variety store Thangal Bazar, Th. Sumilah Devi, C/O At Variety Store, Keishampat Junction. However when search about the address it turn out to be fake. They were sent from Delhi and Kolkata.
