Combined team of Bishnupur Police and 13 Dogra Regiment recovered a hidden 9 mm pistol along with four round of live round in a magazine while conducting search operation at Kamong Mayai Leikai at around 5.30 am today.
On the other hand team of Thoubal district police nabbed a woman drug peddler from Sawombung Keithel at around 3 pm of May 20 along with 2.690 Kg of opium. The drug peddler has been identified as Philangam Zimik (43) W/o Shanreingam Zimik of Ramva Lambui Village. The arrested woman along with the seized drugs were handed over to the Lamlai police station for further investigation.
