HERICOUN extends condolences and urges support for relief

Ethno Heritage Council (HERICOUN) extends its heartfelt condolences to those who have lost their lives and to those who have been injured as a result of the hailstorms that struck yesterday. The devastation caused by the hailstorms has left many homes completely destroyed and others partially damaged. This natural calamity, occurring amidst the ongoing conflict, has compounded the disaster for affected communities.

In light of the situation, HERICOUN appeals to vendors selling construction materials to reduce prices and urges shops not to hike prices during this time of crisis. The organization emphasizes the importance of solidarity and support in alleviating the burden on affected individuals and families.

Additionally, the hailstorms have wreaked havoc on the crops of numerous farmers, leading to substantial losses. Furthermore, a significant number of poultry have perished as a result of the hailstorm. HERICOUN calls upon the relevant government departments to swiftly address these pressing issues and provide necessary assistance to affected farmers and livestock owners.

In this challenging time, HERICOUN stands in solidarity with the affected communities and reiterates its commitment to supporting efforts aimed at recovery and rebuilding.
