The BJP Hiyanglam Mandal organised the Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra 2026 at the residence of Hiyanglam AC MLA Dr. Yumnam Radheshyam at Langmeidong, with the participation of MLA Dr. Yumnam Radheshyam, BJP Kakching District President Ksh. Indubala, BJP Hiyanglam Mandal President Th. Hemanta and others.
As part of the programme, the Indian National Tricolour was hoisted at the MLA’s residence and in front of Langmeidong Dramatic Union Hall, followed by a public procession through the Langmeidong area.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Radheshyam said the contribution of freedom fighters towards achieving India’s independence was immense and added that the Tiranga Yatra, organised as the country approaches 80 years of independence, would contribute to nurturing patriotism among the people.
