Haomee vows to stand against any demands for Homeland in the state

Calling upon all communities of the state to live peacefully and harmoniously, President of Federation of Haomee Sapamcha Jadumani said that the organization will fight against any demands of Homeland by any specific community in the state. 

Speaking in a press meet held today at the office of Federation of Haomee situated at Kabow Leikai, Imphal East, Jadumani stressed that their Organisation believed living in harmony and peacefully with all the communities. He added that there is no Meetei land, Kuki land or Naga land and such demands of homeland should be stopped. 

Condemning the talks between Kuki Militants and the government, Working President of Federation of Haomee, Ramthing Hungyo stressed that the Kuki militants were foreign based militants groups and questioned how a government can hold talk with a foreign base extremist. 

Stating KNA as a foreign based extremist group, Ramthing said that there is an agreement between the government and Naga Students Federation signed by the Chief Minister of Manipur which stated that KNA is a foreign based extremist group where they attacked the civilians at Moreh and thereby flushing in Kukis secretly from foreign countries and made to settle in Manipur. 

He added that the agreement assured three main points where the Nagas killed will be compensated, the KNA will be driven out and finally the Nagas will be rehabilitated. 

Ramthing urged the government to drive out all the KNO, KNA and UPF from Manipur.

A memorandum was also submitted today to the Chief Minister by the Federation of Haomee.
