Meanwhile, Governor of Manipur Dr Najma Heptulla has donated 30 % of her salary for one year starting from April 2020 in the Prime Minister’s citizen Assistance & Relief in Emergency situation Fund ( PM CARES Fund ) the total amount of which is Rs. 12,60,000/-. She expressed that relentlessly endeavouring to follow the instruction of the media experts and also follow the appealed of the prime Minister to remain at home and maintain social distancing which is for safety and security of our peoples and the country. And she request of few Indian social activities in USA. She made an appeal to our Indian community in USA to contribute generously for the PM (CARES Fund). Lastly she appealed to stand together we will survive and successfully overcome the pandemic.
