Heavy gunfight was reported at around 6.30 pm yesterday evening at Behiang near border pillar No. 39 along the Indo-Myanmar border between troops of 26 Assam Rifles and unidentified gunmen. At early morning today the 26 AR troop found a dead body of an unknown person near the Border Pillar number 39. A weapon was reported to have been recovered along with the dead body, AR source said.
