Group Centre CRPF Langjing conducts three days Khadi and Handicraft Skill training

Group Centre CRPF Langjing conducts three days Khadi and Handicraft Skill training for the handicapped children of the general public of the Imphal area. Taking a unique and excellent initiative, Madan Kumar, DIG, Group Centre, Imphal started a three days Khadi and Handicraft Skills Training Program for unemployed disabled children of the general public of Imphal from May 10 to May 12, 2022.
Manish Kumar Agrawal, IPS, Inspector General, Manipur and Nagaland Sector was the chief of the closing ceremony. Madan Kumar, DIG, Group Centre, Langjing, Imphal, All senior officers, officers, Subordinate Officers, Jawans, families of Jawans, invited eminent guests and personalities were also present on the occasion. The Chief Guest Manish Kumar Agrawal, IPS, Inspector General, Manipur and Nagaland Sector encouraged all Handicapped Children and blessed them for completion of successful training for making cotton to thread, bag from paper and weaving carpet under above training.
The Chief Guest said that all children can do anything if they want because nowadays is the age of technology. He handed over honorarium to Handicapped Development Foundation, Manipur for imparting training to handicapped children. He also handed over Charkha and cotton to the disabled children and Cash reward to the disabled children who presented excellent song and dance. He also thanked Madan Kumar, DIG, GC, Imphal and said that such training should be done by all our battalions deployed in Manipur so that differently disable children of all places of Manipur can get support.
Madan Kumar, DIG, GC, Imphal in his speech said that Group Centre, CRPF, Langjing, Imphal is always on the path of humanitarian works and he also encouraged all disabled children and presented cash rewarded who have presented song and dance He welcomed to Chief Guest and all officers’ for participating in closing ceremony. Satyendra Singh Asst. Commandant (OL) welcomed all and presented a vote of thanks.
