GPF Adalat to be organized in Thoubal to address subscribers’ issues

The Office of the Accountant General announced that a GPF Adalat would be organized in collaboration with the District Administration, Thoubal, to resolve grievances of General Provident Fund (GPF) subscribers.
It was stated that, to ensure the effective conduct of the Adalat, grievances from subscribers were being collected in advance through a Google Form, the link of which had been made available on the official website. Officials mentioned that the grievances would be analyzed beforehand so that maximum issues could be addressed during the Adalat.
The Office further informed that, apart from advance submissions, direct grievances from subscribers would also be entertained at the venue on the day of the Adalat. The mechanism was also said to be extended to subscribers from other districts, and depending on the number of grievances received, GPF Adalats would be planned in other districts as well.
Subscribers were requested to make use of this facility and submit their grievances in advance. It was also mentioned that wide publicity of the initiative was being carried out through official websites, media, and other communication channels.
The Office added that the date and venue of the Adalat would be notified in due course.
