Imphal, March 29: State Government has issued an order to make sure that all government employees attend their offices on March 30, 2018, which is also Good Friday.
In an order issued in the name of the Governor of Manipur signed by Under Secretary (GAD) Govt. of Manipur G.S Max Guite, the state government announced the day as full working day for all Government offices and Financial Institution in Manipur under the power conferred by the provision of Section 25 of Negotiable Act, 1881 (Act, XXVI of 1881) to avoid anticipated rush for passing of bills at fag end of the Financial Year 2017-2018.
