Free Medical camp held at Dr. Pratita Charitable Hospital

A one-day free medical camp was held today at Dr. Pratita Charitable Hospital and Research Institute, in collaboration with the State Ayush Society, Directorate of Ayush, Government of Manipur. This marks the 14th time the hospital, managed by Dr. Pratita Charitable Trust, has organized such a free medical camp.
The camp provided free medical consultations in various specializations, including Medicine, Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Skin, and Dental care. Free medical distribution and testing services were also available during the event.
Dr. Leishemba Moirangthem, Vice-Chairman of Dr. Pratita Charitable Hospital and Research Institute, stated that the hospital has been conducting free medical camps and check-ups for Internally Displaced People (IDPs) in different relief camps and regions across the state, often in collaboration with clubs, organizations, and civil service groups. The goal of the free medical camp and medicine distribution is to assist rural populations who face difficulties in accessing healthcare. Additionally, the hospital has begun accepting various medical tests and offers daily OPD services.
Dr. Leishemba Moirangthem appeals to clubs and organizations of the state to collaborate with the hospital to organize more free medical camps in different parts of the state.
