Imphal, Feb. 01: Foundation stone for construction of new office building of the student body Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM) was laid today at Keishampat Junction. Ritual ceremony of the stone laying programme was held at around 10am today. Well wishers and elders of the student body attended the stone laying function.
