Jiribam, Feb 16:

The Flag hoisting ceremony of BJP candidate of Jiribam AC, Nameirakpam Budhachandra was held at his residence at  Ningsingkhun, Jiribam today.
The ceremony was attended by Chief Minister of Manipur N. Biren Singh as a Chief Guest and hoisted the BJP flag in presence of Rajya sabha M.P, Eningthou Leisemba Sanajaoba and  Ashok Singhal, Cabinet Minister, Housing & Urban Affairs, Irrigation, Govt of Assam. Election Co-Incharge BJP, Manipur.
Thereafter, a public meeting was held at Uchathol play ground.
Speaking on the occasion Ashok Singhal asserts confident that BJP will cross 40 seats in Manipur.  He also said, Budhachandra will surely win from Jiribam Assembly Constituency. 
He added, BJP government of Manipur has brought many development. Jiribam District is connected with Imphal through airway by providing helicopter services as well as it connect railway line in Manipur with rest of the country.
He assured that the BJP candidate of Jiribam Assembly Constituency will work for the development of every communities of Jiribam District.
Addressing the public meeting, the Chief Minister of Manipur N. Biren Singh said that in the last five years BJP government of Manipur brought lots of development ushering in peace and normalcy in the state.
People are beginning to feel the change and we are happy that we have been able to achieve this in such a short time,  under the leadership of Narendra Modi. 
He gives an ample example “Tamenglong District  will become one of develop district in Manipur”
Regarding the Jiri-Tipaimukh road, CM Biren said construction of JT road is the main priority of BJP in Jiribam and it has already sanction 114 crores by the government.
Jiribam District is the western gateway of Manipur and it is utmost require to make it model district of Manipur.
