Imphal, July 29:
A first information report has been lodged against the president of the BJYM and his associates at Imphal City Police Station yesterday.
As per a complaint by the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee alleging committing of criminal intimidation by Manoharmayum Barish and his associates, the City police has filed FIR No. 80 (07) 2022 City-PS U/s 147/ 148/149/447/506/34 of IPC was registered against Barish Sharma, President BJYM Manipur, and his associates, and it shows that no one is above the law.
Congress charges the BJYM President and his team of rioting , Unlawful Assembly, Criminal Trespass, and criminal intimidation with common intention.
