5-Days workshop for production of 12 film by 12 directors organised by Rajkumari Kamalasana Film Production has begun today at Government Dance College, Imphal East, Palace Compound. Around 70 aspirant artists attended the workshop.
Eminent film maker, Aribam Shyam Sharma graced the inaugural function of the workshop as chief guest while Sahitya Akademi Awardee E Sonamani Singh, (Retd. IAS) presided over it.
Speaking on the occasion Aribam Shyam Sharma appreciated the initiative of the production group in their effort to nurture good artist.
“There are some exceptional but not everybody can be exceptional and those who are not gifted need to earn the quality through proper training”, Aribam Shyam said while encouraging the participant in their dream to become a good film artist or film maker.
He appealed the aspirant artist to work sincerely to produce good film which will bring fame and respect of the state.
