Imphal June 5: Few hours rains today morning has flooded Tarang River in Kakching Khunou in Thoubal district in Sugnu Assembly Constituency.
Report said that the river flow around 4 feet above the river banks. The flow of the river is so strong that some of the shops built at the river side were swept away. This is the second time that the Tarang River floods in its wildest form. about 10 years back similar flood occurred destroying many houses.
