Felicitation of Dr. Jamkhoneng (Nengcha) Haokip, who was conferred Doctor of Philosophy in Life Science by Manipur University was held at Systematic Village School (SViS), Bethel Village in Chandel on Saturday.
Reverend S. Vaiphei, Pastor of KBC Centre Church, Molnoi Area who graced the felicitation program as the Blessing Minister invoked the almighty Blessing for the newly conferred Doctorate degree holder besides several encouragement speeches delivered by distinguish guests during the program.
