It is a matter of pride for the people of Manipur and North East India that Dr Ranjan has been given important responsibilities in the field of education and foreign policy. FEGOCTA sincerely hopes that there will be a positive transformation in the education sector particularly in North East India and Manipur. Dr Ranjan’s long career and experiences in the field of higher education will be a great help in his new responsibility and future endeavours. Education and foreign policy are the critical areas in the globalised era for North East India which is facing challenges in the education sector and foreign relations.
