Imphal July 17:The agitation by CAF and PD Labourers’ Welfare Association resumed their stir as the talk between the representatives of the Association and the Officials of the Directorate held on the 15th of July ended without any definite solution to the debacle. A sit in protest is underway at the gate of the FCS warehouse at Sangaiporou today against the decision by officials to hire temporary labour for loading rice bags yesterday. A truck which was loaded by the hired labourers was also seized by the agitators today from the gate of the warehouse.
