Demanding to implement a permit system for non-Manipuris in the state, a twin brothers namely Takhellambam Kishan (17) of Bamon Leikai Mangjil and Takhellambam David Sharma (17) of Bamon Leikai Mangjil have started fast-unto-death at The Oriental Club Khongman Mangjil from August 30 at 1pm.
Both of them are student of North Point School.
