In order to motivate the young people of the locality to refrain from such activities the 24 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (S) organised a lecture on “Evils of Terrorism in the Society” at Ril Ram Centre on 11 Mar 2015.
The programme was attended by 90 locals including women and children from RRC village who were greatly benefited by the information imparted to them about the negative impact of terrorist activities in the society. The Secretary of RRC Village came to attend the lecture and commended the initiative of the Assam Rifles.
