A programme titled “Ereichasingda Temshingnarakkhiba Numit – 3rd May 2023” was held on Sunday at the Community Hall of Konthoujam Makha Sabal Leikai under the theme “Peace, Integrity and Development.” The event was organised by Manipurgi Ngamkhei Kanba Lup (MANKAL).
The presidium members of the programme included Sapamcha Jadumani, President of Federation of Haomee and former President of UCM; Thokchom Sujata, President of Imagi Meira; Dr. L. Phaomei, Chairman of Zeliangrong Union, Imphal Zone, Vice President of Naga People Union, Imphal and President of Yelhoumi Manipur Asini; Merajao Inka, Convenor of Joint Tribes Council and Inpui Naga Union; Joychandra Konthoujam, Chairman of Justice Committee and former President of United Committee Manipur; Kh. Chandramani Khumancha, Vice President of IPOM; and S. Brojen Meitei, Secretary General of Peoples’ Action for National Democratic Movement.
As part of the observance, floral tributes were paid to the brave souls, followed by the State Anthem.
