Imphal, April 8: An organisation called ee Manipur registered under India Trust Act 1882 has lodged complaint to the chairman of the anti corruption cell against the violation of national guidelines in the construction of schools under RMSA.
In its compliant it is stated thatĀ the Engineering Wing of the Education Department of the government of Manipur is going to take up construction works for upgradation of 20 schools in different part of the state. However violating the guidelines the Chief Engineer had conducted restricted tender instead of open tender.
It urged the anti corruption cell to investigate on why the Chief engineer has been violating the guidelines.
