e-Office System Refresher Training begins at Kakching

The District Administration Kakching along with the District e-Governance Society (DeGS), Kakching organized a two-day Refresher-cum-Hands-on Training Programme on e-Office at the NIC Video Conference Room, DC Office Complex, Kakching today. The training is in connection with the implementation and effective usage of the e-Office system.
A total of 22 participants including staff members from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Sub-Divisional Office Kakching, and Sub-Divisional Office Waikhong attended the training programme. The training is particularly for the officials involved in file processing and document management through the e-Office platform.
The objectives of the training is to reinforce existing knowledge and providing practical exposure to key functionalities of the e-Office system such as electronic file handling, note sheet preparation, the application of digital signatures, and workflow and file movement management.
Sapam Lalhari, Informatics Officer (DIT), Kakching and Thoubal attended the training programme as Resource Person with support from Technical Support staff of e-Office, Kakching and Thoubal. The training programme will conclude tomorrow.
