Duggal Left; KK Paul to arrive tomorrow

Former Governor of Manipur VK Duggal left for New Delhi today morning at an Indian Airline flight. Meanwhile, governor of Meghalaya KK Paul who is in charge of Manipur and Mizoram is likely to arrive in the state tomorrow by 11 am. Chief Justice of Manipur High Court will administer the oath to the newly appointed governor.
