Imphal, Jan 25: A lady drug peddler was caught red handed by locals of Ahallup in Imphal east while trying to sell heroin drug (No. 4) to youths of the area today morning. Report said that locals of the area has been keeping a kin eye to the lady as her nature was suspicious. When check several packet of heroin powder were recovered for her.
