Dr. Khundrakpam Kanba Singh, the Janata Dal (United) candidate of Lamsang constituency has stated that he is preparing to file a case against sitting MLA Sorokhaibam Rajen Singh over filling of wrong affidavit to his nomination paper for the upcoming State Assembly election.
Speaking during his flag hosting programme, Dr. Kanba thanks to all people of 49 polling of his constituency for joining his flag hosting programme.
He said that he is preparing a case for against Sorokhaibam Rajen Singh, Intending Candidate of Lamsang Assembly Constituency of BJP. He also said that he was to S. Rajen Singh’s passing out year of B.A. and also in time of nomination file of election every year, he submitted different passing out year of B.A.
He also said that he should only file a class against him but the decision will be finalized by the Election Commission of India as well as Higher Courts Authority.
