Imphal, Oct 3: Noted Gandhian Dr. K. Binodkumar, who was killed in ISKON blast, was remembered today on his 76th birth anniversary at the auditorium of Manipur Hindi Parishad, Old Assembly road Imphal. On the occasion fitting tributes were paid to the portrait of the Gandhian and a one minute silence was observed as a mark of respect to the departed soul. Professor L. Sadananda Singh, Vice President of Dr. K. Binodkumar Memorial Trust and Professor Ksh Bimola Devi, Treasure of the trust graced the occasion as presidium members.
In his lifetime Dr. Binodkumar had served the human kinds by promoting the art of living in peaceful co-existence. His love for nature and the environment is worth mentioning.
