DM University teachers to temporarily suspend class boycott

Teachers of five colleges of the Dhanamanjuri University under the aegis of Adhoc Committee of the Constituent Colleges which has been protesting against the move by the authority of the university to recruit fresh teachers without completing due process for absorption of the existing faculty of the constituent colleges today resolved to temporarily suspend the protest of dissolving online as well as offline classes after meeting with the Chief Minister, Commissioner and the Education Minister at the CM office chamber at around 1:30 pm. As per assurance given by the Chief Minister to look into the matter and take necessary action, the Adhoc committee resolved to temporarily suspend the protest. The Adhoc committee today earlier met the Commissioner at around 10:00 in the morning. sThe Adhoc committee expressed its gratitude and appreciates the CM, Education Minister and the Vice-Chancellor for their assurance.
