Cooperative Education Field Project Thoubal of the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) in coordination with the Oriental Women’s Cooperative Society Limited Manipur organised a seminar on Handloom and Handicraft at Kshetri Shanglen, opposite to Thoubal Police Station in Thoubal district today.
The seminar organised under the theme “Marketing of handloom and handicrafts products SC/ ST “ aas attended by Y.Ranjit Singh, Chairman of the Manipur State Marketing Cooperative Society Limited as the chief guest while Jeena Potsangbam , Chairperson of Project Coordinator Committee Manipur as well as Vice President of Manipur State Cooperative Union (valley) Imphal presided over the function.
M.Mema Devi, Board Director of the Manipur State Cooperative Union Imphal, Kh.Tomba Singh former deputy registrar and Project Officer of the NCUI-CEFP Thoubal Th.Pahari Singh also attended the inaugural function of the seminar as dignitaries on the dais.
Representatives of various Cooperative societies from Thoubal district attended the seminar.
