Imphal, May 16: Director of IGNOU, Arunachal Pradesh, Dr Joseph Kuba Daniel was found dead in his room at Tampha Hotel here last night. The cause of death has not been established and the body was taken for post mortem. Dr Joseph is from Maram in Senapati district and is around 50 years of age. He was reportedly on a vacation and intended to utilize the time to visit friends. He had returned from Churachandpur via Moirang after meeting former JNU colleagues there and rented a room at the hotel, according to sources.
