Diesel auto, magic passenger service vehicle threatens intensified agitation against ban on entry at Imphal

Imphal, April 29,

An organisation called the Joint Administration Council, All Manipur Under Five Tome Pasenger Service vehicle today warns the government of serious agitation if the decision to ban diesel auto and tata magic passenger vehicles in Imphal area has not been withdrawn.
The decision was announced by the Chief Minister through media after the meeting of the Traffic Regulation and the parking Committee meeting held on April 25.
In a press meet held today at Manipur Press Club Imphal, the convenor of the JAC said that if the government fails to withdraw the decision on ban of diesel auto and tata magic passenger vehicles in Imphal city than the JAC will launch serious agitation from tomorrow.
He further urged to frame a vehicle conversion policy and said that instead of introducing the e-Rickshaw the government should find another means of passenger transport vehicle suited with the present day.
