DESAM threatens agitation over the revocation of suspension order of CH Gojendro

Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur (DESAM ) today warn the government of serious agitation if the revocation order for suspension of the Chief Engineer of Education Engineering wing Ch. Gojendro Singh has not been withdrawn .
In a press conference held today DESAM spokesperson said that CH. Gojendro has been transferred on deputation to the Education Engineering Wing on January 17 2014 on deputation  and that he has been put under suspension in 2016 Dec and also in 2018 March for irregularities.
The DESAM spokesperson said that in December 16, 2016 he was put under suspension by the then commissioner Laksmikumar for financial irregularities and for reason best known to the department his suspension was revoked. Later again in March 12, 2018 CH Gojendr Singh was against put under suspension to initiate disciplinary action against him. The case against him has been converted into regular FIR case and  investigation has been carrying out by the Vigilance department. However as no charge sheet has been framed against him the Manipur government revoked his suspension order under Central Civil Service (Clasified Control and Appeal) Rules 1965.
DESAM said that when immediate action should be taken up against him either by terminating him from his service or by taking up legal action he has been revoke and allowed to continue his service to the state education department. DESAM said if the revocation order for suspension of CH Gojendro has not been withdrawn the DESAM will launch serious form of agitation.
