A mentally deranged person identified as Arambam Naobi (26), S/o Ibomcha of Takhel Makha Leikai of Imphal West under Lamlai Police Station, stabbed to death Khundrakpam Sanathoi (21), S/o Ibomcha of Takhel Mayai Leikai while another individual identified as Yumkhaibam Premchand (18), S/o Angousana who sustained multiple stab wounds on his chest, abdomen and legs is undergoing treatment at JNIMS.
