Royal Theatrical Club , Keishamthong Elangbam Leikai today organized a Demonstration cum interaction programme on Manipuri Folk song today at the Community Hall of Keishamthong Elangbam Leikai Imphal.
Renowned Folk singer and Manipur State Kala Akademi Awardee Lourembam Bedabati presented the varnishing and existing trend of Manipuri Folk songs.
The inaugural function of the programme was attended by Arts and Culture Minister L. Jayantakumar Singh, while President of the Royal Theatrical Club , M. Akshayakumar Singh presided over it. Director of Royal Theatrical Club H. Joykumar and Retired Assistant Secretary of the Manipur State Kala Akademi Hijam Romoni also attended the inaugural function as guests of honour.
