Imphal, June 2: Democratic Students’ Alliance of Manipur has organised a state-level open debating competition at GM Hall here today.
A total number of 43 participants from different educational institutions-36 in treasury and 7 in opposition benches- raised their opinion on the motion Educational Institute Singda Disturbance Free Zone Oiraba Matamda Eikhoigee Khunaigi Human Resource Mapung Phana Chaokhatpa Ngamgani.
