Imphal, April 12: Dead body of youth was found today morning around at 11:30am near Irilbung River Bridge under Irilbung Police Station, Imphal East District.
The dead Body has been identified as one Thokchom Naoba Singh (28) s/o Thokchom Chaoba Singh of Kalika Makha Leikai.
According to the deceased family, Naoba left home along with his friends on the night of April 10 to watch a musical night at a ground of Bamon Kampu. Since the musical night, Naoba went missing and was not found until today.
Locals of Irilbung Bridge found the dead body of Naoba today floating along the Iril River around 11:30 am.
Police personals of Irilbung Police Station has deposited the dead body of Thokchom Naoba at JNIMS morgue for post-mortem to find out the reason of the dead after the body was examined by forensic department team.
