A five-day photo exhibition on the theme ‘Health & Family Welfare’ was set into motion Wednesday at Primary Health Centre at Yaingangpokpi in Imphal East. The awareness campaign which would continue till October 5 is being organized by the Field Exhibition Office, Directorate of Advertising & Visual Publicity (DAVP), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of India, Imphal in collaboration with staff of Yaingangpokpi Primary Health Centre.The five-day long campaign was inaugurated by Dr K. H. Kom, Medical Officer, PHC Yaingangpokpi as Chief Guest. Shri S Tomba Singh, Chairman of Yaingangpokpi Village Committee presided the inaugural program while Shri L Ramesh Chandra Singh, Advisor, Yaingangpokpi Progressive Front and Shri Sunder Salam, Secretary, Emmanuel Higher Secondary School attended the program as Guests of Honour.The exhibition will be open for public from 10am till 3pm everyday during the campaign.
