In a bizarre incident, a father and a daughter was found hung to death during the last 24 hour. According to report, a 15 years old girl identified as RK Tony Devi (15), a student of class X at Kongba Meitei Mayek High School was found hung to death near her residence at Kongba Kshtri leikai using a piece of clothe from a tree at around 10.30 p.m yesterday. The girl was immediately rushed to JNIMS hospital but she was declared brought dead. Meanwhile, her father RK Tombisana who had brought his daughter to the hospital also found hung to death using a similar clothe at Checkon area in Imphal East. His dead body was found by morning walker at around 3 am today. Both the dead bodies have been deposited at JNIMS morgue for autopsy.
