Imphal, Jan.8: Artists have begun their work for the upcoming national level cultural festival ‘Maati Ke Rang,’ to be held from January 13-17 at the North East Zone Cultural Centre headquarters at Dimapur, Nagaland. This is the first time that such an event is being hosted in the North East of India. The festival is being organised to promote artists and cultural traditions from various parts of India. During the festival workshops and eventual exhibitions will be organised.
