Thoubal, Dec.8: There were not any single dustbins inside the Counting hall of D.C. Complex, Thoubal. So after the every function there in the hall, heaps of garbage, waste papers, plastics bottle, even disposable cups and plates were lying at the left and right sides of inside the hall.
Everyone who comes from all the sides to attend any Programme and function in this Counting hall were asking a question that where is Swachh Bharat Mission, why all garbage are dumping inside the hall, is here not any sweeper.
A person who comes to attend a programme in this hall gave his opinion to the media he said, same garbage, same waste things are lying inside the hall every time when he coming here. So he appeals to Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Thoubal to look after the present situation of the counting hall.
