Congress now field only 58 candidates in 60 assembly seats

Imphal, Feb 14: The ruling congress has field only 58 candidates of the 60 seats as a candidate filed nomination as Independent candidates while another left the party abd filed as NPP candidate.
Senior Minister Phungzathang Tonsing had joined NPP and filed nomination as NPP candidate while Kharga Tamang the Congress candidate of Kangpokpi AC filed nomination as Independent candidate.
