Imphal, April 27: President of the Khongjom War Memorial Trust, Moirangthem Hemanta had lodged complaint to Khongjom Police Station seeking action for missing of inaugural inscription of the Memorial complex by the President of India Pranab Mukherjee on April 23 and also about the missing of the inaugural monument erected at the Khongjom War memorial complex laid by the then President of India VV Giri on October 21, 1972.
