A newly constructed community hall at Charangpat Maning Leikai was inaugurated by K.Meghachandra Singh,Parliamentary Secy.Minor irrigation & Information and Public Relation, Govt. of Manipur,during a function as Chief Guest today.The Inaugural function was also attended by Lourembam (o) Anita Devi,Pradhan,Charangpat G/P, Th.Ibochouba Singh, Propietor, TIS Brick Field,Thoubal Kshetrileikai, S.Rajendro Singh,Social Worker, Charangpat, Th.Nara Meitei, Proprietor, NBF Brick Field, Charangpat, Kh. Himat Singh, Proprietor, MBI Brick Field, Charangpat and W. Babuyai Singh,Social worker,Wangkhem as President and Guest of honours respectively.
