Imphal, August 3: Taking up precautionary measures ahead of the Republic Day celebration, a team of Imphal West Commando today conducted search operation at Langthabal area at around 5 am.
The police reportedly conducted the search operation from door to door. Peoples of the area were called out and verified one after another.
3 persons who did not have proper documents were picked up and later handed over to Singjamei police station for further verifications.
